Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan

forest-of-hands-and-teethSummary: Through twists and turns of fate, orphaned Mary seeks knowledge of life, love, and especially what lies beyond her walled village and the surrounding forest, where dwell the unconsecrated, aggressive flesh-eating people who were once dead.

310 pages, Delacorte

  1. This book was pretty cool, I mean it had a zombie apocalypse so it would have been hard for it not to be. I liked how Mary seemed like she would fit in with people of today, but in her situation she was so foreign, it made it easy to put yourself in her position. I also found the ending too slow though, and some of the action sequences were confusing.
