Freeze Frame by Heidi Ayarbe

freeze-frameSummary: Fifteen-year-old Kyle believes he does not deserve to live after accidentally shooting and killing his best friend. 376 p., Laura Geringer Books.

  1. Wow. This book was just flipping amazing. It didn’t turn out how I thought it would. It was so engrossing that I sat on the grocery store’s floor and read while my mother shopped. I really liked the characters in this. And the ending was also cool. This is a great book! And I think more people should read this book

  2. I definitely agree with Nicole. I read this book straight through and had difficulty paying attention in class because I wanted to read so much. I loved how Kyle used script-writing as a way to try and cope. Definitely an unexpected find. This is an award-winner in my opinion.
