This book was absolutely amazing. I found my self sharing quotes from this book to whoever was near by, if someone wasn’t nearby I’d IM someone and tell them. I mean, who doesn’t like garden gnomes that think they’re a norse god?
The plot overall was really trippy. The ending, even for me, was a little bit predicable, but still sad and good. I really love the writing style. It was quite different compared to Libba Bray’s other major book The Great and Terrible Beauty.
Overall a really fun and good read. Not a printz winner though.
